How do I sign up?

Download TripZen from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Sign Up", select your role (parent, driver, or admin), and verify your email.

How does live tracking work?

When a driver starts a trip, their device transmits GPS coordinates to TripZen. Parents see the bus marker move in real time on the map. Tracking stops as soon as the trip ends.

Is my child's data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and stored encrypted. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do QR badges work?

Each student gets a unique QR badge. When the driver scans it at boarding, the system logs the timestamp and notifies the parent instantly.

How do I pay?

TripZen uses Stripe for secure payments. You can pay per trip or subscribe to a monthly plan from the Parent app.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Account → Delete Account. Or email info@tripzen.co.uk. We process deletion within 30 days.

The bus location isn't updating

Ask the driver to ensure location permissions are granted and the trip is active. If the issue persists, contact support.
