1. Service Description
TripZen provides child transport tracking, booking, and communication services to parents, drivers, and schools.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents register their children with consent. Drivers must be licensed and authorized by a school or bus operator.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unauthorized access or scraping.
- No misuse of student or driver data.
- No harassment via in-app chat.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
5. Limitation of Liability
TripZen is a tracking and communication tool. We are not responsible for the safety actions of drivers, schools, or third parties. The service is provided "as is".
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
